Brought on board to build and drive OptumRx Clinical Services Department with a leadership team of Project / Program Managers, Directors, Architects and Business / Systems Analysts to deliver clinical programs for OptumRx. Implemented 30+ clients for OptumRx and 20+ combined accumulators functionality for multiple carriers. With successful delivery of OptumRx Clinical Programs my role expanded to drive HealthCare Reform followed by ICD10 and Medicare & Retirement portfolio which are highly visible with accountability to drive revenue by successfully delivering the programs.
• Successfully built OptumRx Clinical Services department and delivered all the programs on budget with High Quality. Delivered critical clinical programs, HEDIS, STARS efforts. Successfully drove the HealthCare Reform Program impacting multiple state offerings with no issues.
• Delivered ICD10 Regulatory Program early and on budget. This is a critical Accountable Care Act deliverable which needs to meet the deadlines set by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. Delivered this effort ahead of time for the Organization and on budget. This is a $300+ Million effort impacting 400+ applications.
• Medicare & Retirement Portfolio Delivery: Managed $100+ Million UHC Medicare & Retirement portfolio. Program Include UHC Portals, STARS, Big Data / Data Lake, Customer Service, Clinical and Benefit Administration. Well experienced in evaluating the vendors and working with vendors.
