I am driven by a vision of a better future - one in which people, organisations and planet all flourish. The way we all relate to and perceive ourselves, others and the world around us is vitally important to the emergence of a future in which we not only survive, but flourish.

My contribution to this outcome is focussed on organisations. They are able to make major contributions by providing meaningful and satisfying work; joyful, innovative and adaptable cultures that embrace the wholeness and diveristy of people; and nurture the wellbeing of people and their environments.

Organisations in the local government and community banking sectors (to name but a few!) have a wonderful opportunity to support and develop people working at the intersection of major institutional systems such as economic development, community development and environmental sustainability. These systems and people have specific relevance to innovating new ways of living and working that will overcome many of the challenges currently facing our society.

My research and experience shows that the shift from surviving to flourishing is best facilitated when we:
* guide people to uncovering their own unconscious beliefs;
* implement new management practices that enable people to bring their whole selves to work; and
* take a systemic view of the changes required.

The types of services I am involved in designing and delivering include executive coaching, team coaching, leadership development, organisational development, and cultural transformation.

I have specific understanding of and expertise in:
* systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
* the paradigm shift to flourishing cultures
* adaptive leadership framework
* transformational change of individuals, teams and organisations
