I added private duty to my repertoire in 1997 and Hospice and Palliative Care in 2007. In 2010, I took on the lead of Sales Management for the Organization after suffering a financial loss. I created a sales process out of several different sales boot-camps that I attended (5 of them) and added a little Cheryl seasoning. In addition, I read over 100 books about creating a company culture that would inspire growth. When I was done, I wrote down my process, hired my sales team and implemented the new version of the training that I developed from all of the knowledge that I had acquired. Within 10 months, my company had a profit and has been in the black ever since!

See, the one thing that no other sales guru taught me was unless you have your sales and operations in sync, working for a common goal of census and patient outcomes, you will fail.
