I opened my first company, Immediate Home Care, in 1995. IHC is a Medicare Certified JCAHO accredited Home Health specialist.

I added private duty to my repertoire in 1997 and Hospice and Palliative Care in 2007. In 2010, I took on the lead of Sales Management for the Organization after suffering a financial loss. I created a sales process out of several different sales boot-camps that I attended (5 of them) and added a little Cheryl seasoning. In addition, I read over 100 books about creating a company culture that would inspire growth. When I was done, I wrote down my process, hired my sales team and implemented the new version of the training that I developed from all of the knowledge that I had acquired. Within 10 months, my company had a profit and has been in the black ever since!

See, the one thing that no other sales guru taught me was unless you have your sales and operations in sync, working for a common goal of census and patient outcomes, you will fail. Organizations need both, a great trained lean mean sales machine and a culture that supports growth! Since 2013, after winning Sales Manager of the year from PlaymakerCRM, I have been working as a consultant in helping companies grow. I have been the interim sales manager for home health and hospice organizations around the county and have been able to replicate my system of success!
