Thanks to having fulfilled many different leading procurement and contract management roles in aerospace, oil & gas and energy I am a generalist with a strong helicopter view. Through my eleven years of international experience with large multinational companies in technical and project based environments I have developed an effective multi-disciplinary approach. I lead teams and projects by focussing on improving processes and by promoting a result driven way of negotiating with internal and external stakeholders. Complex, challenging and non-routine projects motivate me and I find that an open way of communicating and coaching helps to achieve effective collaborations.
