I am currently working as a Global Head of ERP, Integration, and Analytics at Mylan Pharmaceuticals. As one of the world’s leading generics and specialty pharmaceutical companies, it spans across 165 countries and has been providing access to medicine for more than 50 years. I have previously worked in Pharmaceuticals, petrochemical industry and in bulk drug manufacturing.
As a Global ERP and Analytics head, I am responsible for business transformation using technology to integrate multiple systems across geographies into a single global system to reduce IT run cost and direct organization investment into new technologies. I am responsible for consolidating integration platforms to eliminate complexity and increase agility and process efficiency. I am also leading BI initiatives to deliver KPIs and Dashboards to senior management.
When I used to be a vice president of Information systems at Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals, I was responsible for IT-Americas operations to bridge the gap between IT and business units to improve the business value of the IT investment. I was leading IT infrastructures consolidation to reduce TCO and improve system availability. I implemented system processes to supply chain efficiency by increasing forecast accuracy and production commit and gross-to-net revenue visibility to business. In addition to enterprise applications, I was leading major initiatives on governance controls, the segregation of duties and mitigation, application security and physical access security to achieve FDA and SOX compliance. I was responsible for vendor engagement and budget monitoring to complete projects within the budget and measure business values delivered through IT projects.
