With 350,000 members providing over 1 million room nights to Accor hotels, we focus on innovation in the loyalty, travel and lifestyle market.

India operations include Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR programs and the Shared Services Hub for the Asia Pacific business with a team of a 200 associates.

India operations cover telemarketing activities PAN India, partnerships & corporate sales, online sales and direct sales channels with over 20,000 members.

India is also the Shared Services Hub for the Asia Pacific business providing services like Data analytics, IT, data entry and inbound and outbound customer contact centers.
