Inmar acquired EXP Pharmaceutical Services Corp. in November 2014 and I now technically work for Inmar/EXP. Led the Operations & Administrative integration, post-sale to Fort Worth, TX. Remains based in Fremont. Leads an administrative team of 25 in CA and TX.
- Operational efficiency projects, reducing process cycle time
- Expediting credit issuance from manufacturers to customers, a component of company cash flow
- Managed the on-time, seamless closure of the Fremont processing facilities, moving all processing to Ft. Worth, TX.
