Michael was the co-founder and CEO of Sevident a molecular diagnostic company, Michael was also the founder, President, and COO of Nellix Endovascular which he took from his garage, through venture funding, and to a successful exit. Prior to Nellix Michael co-founded Bacchus Vascular with Dr. Thomas Fogarty, a noted inventor, venture capitalist, and vascular surgeon. Bacchus was acquired by Covidien in 2009. Michael has also played key engineering, clinical and management roles at successful Bay Area medical device companies, Medtronic, JnJ, Covidien, InnerDyne, ACS and DVI. Michael is an inventor on over 100 patents and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Greenteaspoon, and GLINT.
