I am a Nuclear Engineer with a broad range of experience in both research and international business. After 8 years in the power industry working with control systems in nuclear power plants I have moved my area of expertise to the field of cyber-security for industrial control systems. Tasks include conducting security assessments for compliance with IEC62443, remote incident handling and implementation of Industrial Security programs for multinational corporations.
I came to Germany in 2012 working with requirements engineering and market strategy in Product Management for Nuclear instrumentation and controls systems at the Siemens Energy headquarters in Erlangen, Germany. I then moved to commissioning of the I&C systems on the Taishan and OL3EPR projects and HMI design of Angra 3 with AREVA. I also have experience in project management, project execution, employee recruiting and fiscal planning.
I am an active leader in several professional societies. I am a self motivated, proactive problem solver. I am a fast learner and work well under pressure and multi-tasking. My work with International Youth Nuclear Congress has provided a unique, global perspective on the nuclear industry and developed my international project management and leadership skills which I am using now in my current position as global consultant. I have exemplary oral and written communication skills in English and I have a basic understanding of German.
