Charlie is Director of Marketing for Curbell Plastics, overseeing all marketing, advertising, PR and ecommerce for this top national distributor of performance plastics.
A seasoned marketing professional, Riley most recently served as Director of Marketing and Communications for Lawley, a Buffalo-based Top 100 independent insurance broker, where he implemented a company-wide rebrand for the company’s 80 product lines. He also served as Chief Marketing Officer at PLS 3rd Learning, where he led marketing, business development, and customer engagement strategy for the international education technology startup. Charlie oversaw digital marketing for a national advertising agency and has taught graduate-level marketing, communications and public relations courses.
A Forbes contributor, Leadership Buffalo graduate and 2017 Buffalo Business First 40 Under 40 honoree, he is active in a number of community organizations, having served as president of the American Advertising Federation Buffalo chapter and as a judge for the 43North Business Plan competition and Stevie Awards, among others.
Charlie is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University for both his undergraduate degree in Journalism/Mass Communication and his MBA in Marketing/Management where he serves on the Jandoli School of Journalism Advisory Committee. He resides in Buffalo, NY with his wife and young son and daughter.
